JOB PURPOSE:

The Business Analyst I for AcceptanceNOW   is responsible for analysis, distribution, and reporting of leads andother demand generation programs. The Business Analyst r will be part of a team which will manage process activities to ensure sales and account management functions run efficiently. The responsibilities of the Analyst are focused on management of sales force automation tools, sales analytics and analytical support of segmentation activities.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

 -Performs reporting, budgeting, planning, auditing, and analysis activities for AcceptanceNow sales and account management functions

-Execution of daily, weekly and monthly sales lead campaigns generated using the Sales Leads tool and internal database systems

-Design statistical tests & perform analyses to assess the effectiveness of sales lead campaigns

-Maintain and enhance existing system as well as future CRM/ Sales force automation systems

-Follow up the sale cycle from the creation of a lead to a closed deal and revenue recognition, pipeline, sales and forecast

-Analyze results and set up reports containing respective conclusions, ideas and general guidance

-Provide customized reporting and recommendations in support of ongoing business decisions or initiatives

-Work with across various teams within and outside of Sales Operations

-Accomplishes department and organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

-3-5 years" experience in sales operations and analytics.

-Bachelor"s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

-Excellent verbal and written communication skills

-Expert level Microsoft Excel skills: ability to effectively use pivot tables, v-lookups, logical and     nested formulas, macros, and other elements

- Proven ability to connect data from multiple sources, summarize and suggest next steps

-Demonstrates sound business acumen in selecting techniques for obtaining solutions

-Ability to multi-task demonstrating flexibility to easily adapt to changing business priorities

-Can work independently or within a team environment

-Strong interpersonal skills

-Enthusiasm and a positive attitude with a strong desire to learn and contribute

-Strong ability to work cross-functionally
