Responsible to deploy industry best practices on pricing consistently across the Enterprise to improve price-value perception while improving profit margin and increased sales. Lead the development of pricing strategies including developing and deploying industry leading promotional analytics, tracking tools/data bases for improving the effectiveness and efficiency of promotions.  Partner with key stakeholder groups (Operations, Finance, Merchandising, Marketing) in the advancement of pricing strategy, policy, and procedures across the enterprise at the corporate, business unit, and product levels.

 - Develop & implement regular retail (non-promoted) pricing strategies that support the category P&L goals and maintain competitive price position in stores in the United States
 - Lead the development of comprehensive strategic plans for pricing, pricing optimization, and margin improvement and profitability.
 - Collaborate with category management, operations and marketing teams to develop & implement zone pricing strategies
 - Maintain store & category price position within defined guidelines through performance tracking, root-cause definition, financial impact analysis, and defining necessary changes
 - Build, develop and lead a high-performing team
 - Collaborate closely with various functions across the organization to achieve company goals including: category management, finance, retail operations and advertising
 - Create and implement pricing analyses for senior leadership review and pricing strategy evolution.
 - Post-event summarization for key national pricing changes and promotions
 - Respond to store requests/issues related to pricing
 - Provide support in the implementation of a new Price Management Tool
 - Develop pricing reporting and metrics for dissemination to highest levels of the organization for Elasticity of Demand, Product Life Cycle and Cost Modeling
 - Stay abreast of key competitor actions and their implications or threats to the business
 - Take a lead role in special pricing projects


- Bachelor"s Degree in Finance, Economics, Marketing, Business Administration or similar discipline is required; MBA is preferred

 - At least four years managerial or supervisory experience; pricing/financial management experience preferred
 - Management level experience with strong finance background including knowledge of finance modeling, pricing analytics and optimization, margin profitability, and operational improvement
 - Strong pricing acumen with the ability to make a significant contribution to performance and profitability, required
 - Experience managing complex, integrated projects across multiple disciplines and various levels within and outside of the organization
 - Strong communication skills to present recommendations, gain buy-in from senior management and collaborate with various functional departments to achieve company goals 
 - Ability to demonstrate flexibility and resilience in response to obstacles, constraints, adversity and mistakes
 - Analytically driven problem solver with the ability to identify multiple solutions and evaluate all associated risks
 - Proficiency with Microsoft Office with strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint
