Description :
JOB PURPOSE: To provide overall administrative support to our National Product Service Group. This includes the reconciliation of accounting statements, the handling of Warranty and External Business, as well as monitoring NPS Distribution
-Review and update dozens of accoutning statements from Mfg/Distributors including the processing of outstanding invoices/credits; resolve any accounting issues or questions regarding all aspects of our account
-Generate and process monthly billing for a variety of B2B/Colortymr Franchise/Service Contract companies; Posting of payments and resolution of any billing/payment issues
-Follow up on outstanding receivables in a timely manner to ensure the percentage of outstanding receivables in a timely manner to ensure the percentage of outstanding invoices over 90 days is within a rasonable range set by management
-Monitor and track Promotional Distribution for the company; alert management of issues or delays that may result in the product reaching its destination by the set deadline
-Accurate review and submission of warranty claims to various Manufacturers; Process and post all warranty payments
-Follow up on Warranty Receivables Report to ensure the percentage of claims over 90 days is within an acceptable range set by management
-Provide consistent, timely support to service center/store personnel in reference to a wide scope of issues/topics
-Other special projects and tasks as requested
-Finance or Accounting College degree
-3+ years of Accounting/Finance experience
-Proficiency with personal computer and MS Office products with an emphasis on Access
-Excellent organizational and time management skills
-Ability to work independently as well as part of a group
-Strong customer service, communication and data entry skills
-Constantly strive to learn new aspects of the business as well as researching ways to improve current processes and resolve existing obstacles
